Please read carefully: by purchasing this product you (herein referred to as “Client”) agrees to the follow terms stated herein.

General

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by FBA Creatives (“FBA Creatives,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from FBA Creatives. Accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

In addition, when you use any of our current or future services, you will also be subject to our guidelines, terms, conditions and agreements applicable to those services. FBA Creatives Not Satisfied Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every Client is fully satisfied with our services. However, if you wish to request a refund, please note the following conditions:

No Additional Information
You must not have introduced or submitted any new product information after filling in your initial design brief. Any changes or new details added to the brief render it ineligible for a refund request.

Timing of Refund Request
You must submit your refund request before receiving the final deliverables associated with your purchase. Any request made after confirming your designs and receiving the final watermark-free downloadables will not be eligible for a refund.

30-Day Window
A refund request can only be made within 30 days from the date you hired FBA Creatives’ services. If more than 30 days have passed since you acquired the design brief, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to contact@fbacreatives.com. Include your order number, the date you hired our services and submitted your design brief, and any relevant correspondence. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Unlimited Revision Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your design drafts. As part of this commitment, we offer unlimited revisions under the following conditions:

No New Submissions
You may not introduce or submit any additional product details, dielines, descriptions, or references after you have submitted your initial design brief. All revision requests must adhere strictly to the scope outlined in that original brief.

7-Day Feedback Window
To qualify for a revision, you must submit your revision requests or feedback within 7 days of receiving each design draft. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for additional revisions under this policy.

Finalization of Project After No Response
If no feedback or revision request is received within 7 days of delivery of the first draft, FBAcreatives.com will assume that no revisions are needed. In this case, we reserve the right to finalize the project and deliver the final files based on the most recent draft.

Our Limited License to You

This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of FBA Creatives and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal and commercial use in connection with evaluating or purchasing our design services. You may not use the Site or the materials available on the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us.

Unless explicitly authorized in these Terms of Service or by us, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute any material from the Site in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means). You may, however, download and/or print individual pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Copyright of All Assets

Your License to Us

By submitting any material (including, but not limited to, images, logos, design requests, feedback, testimonials, or any other content) to us via the Site, social media, or email, you represent that: (i) You own the material or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit it; (ii) The material does not infringe on any third-party rights; and (iii) You are at least eighteen years old or have parental consent.

By submitting content, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the material for marketing, promotional, and service-related purposes. We will not use client-provided materials in a way that misrepresents your brand or business.

You Own Your Designs

For any original designs, graphics, or other creative work produced by FBA Creatives for you, ownership is transferred to you upon service completion. Once we finalize a project and deliver the final files to you, all rights, including copyright ownership of the delivered assets, are transferred to you. You will hold exclusive ownership and control over the intellectual property rights of the final assets. However, we reserve the right to use completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You acknowledge that Fbacreatives.com has the right but not the obligation to use and display any postings or contributions of any kind and that Fbacreatives.com may elect to cease the use and display of any such materials (or any portion thereof), at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Limitations on Linking and Framing: You may establish a hypertext link to the Site so long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship of your site by us or by the Site. However, you may not, without our prior written permission, frame or inline link any of the content of the Site, or incorporate into another website or other service any of our material, content or intellectual property.

Service

FBA Creatives provides graphic design services tailored to eCommerce sellers, including but not limited to 3D renders, listing images, A+ Content, and branding consultations.

Fbacreatives.com, and all affiliated companies currently provides users with personalized content (collectively referred to as the “Services”). You also understand and agree that the Service may include sponsorships or advertisements. 

Any and all Fbacreatives.com, services shall be subject to the Terms of Use. You understand and agree that any and all Service is provided “AS-IS” and that Fbacreatives.com, assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, delivery problems or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

• You are responsible for providing accurate details for design requests, including product specifications, brand guidelines, and necessary assets. All details should be provided on the design brief upon payment.
• The FBA Creatives Not Satisfied Refund Policy and the Unlimited Revision Policy stated on the Terms of Service apply to all services provided in Fbacreatives.com.
• Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity and workload; estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
• We retain the right to refuse service for any project that violates Amazon’s terms, promotes illegal activity, or includes offensive content.

Payments and Fees

You will be charged for any materials that you wish to purchase from us. Prices may vary. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display of delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

• Prices for services are listed on the Site or provided upon request. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
• Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Additional fees may apply for rush orders, major revisions, or project scope expansions.
• If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend ongoing projects and take appropriate legal action.
